Zach manages the company’s loan book, builds our project pipeline, and invests in various ancillary services and tax credits/rebates. Prior to founding Forest Road, Zach was an Energy Sector Head in the Private Equity Group at Brookfield Asset Management, and spent the last 8 years analyzing public and private market distressed credit securities.
WILL FRENCH, PRINCIPAL
Will manages the firm’s real estate tax credit activities and investments, which include historic tax credits, opportunity zones, and other real estate opportunities. Starting in 2003, Will was one of the early pioneers in film tax credit finance. Since then, he has financed or acquired in excess of $300M tax credits for more than 125 film and television projects, and more than $75M tax credits for more than 80 real estate projects.

IDAN SHANI, CFO & COO
Idan is responsible for the implementation of the infrastructure where he oversees day-to-day operations, manages cash flows, maintains operating budgets, and manages financing relationships. Idan brings over 13 years of finance experience as a hedge fund allocator in companies including Antarctica Asset Management and Ivy Asset Management, where he was in charge of hedge fund research with a focus on credit and distressed strategies.

ERIC BOSHART, DIRECTOR
Eric is responsible for managing Forest Road’s West Coast operations, which includes sourcing and analyzing new projects, working with filmmakers and developers, and managing our partnerships with Technicolor PostWorks, Slated, and ABS Payroll. Eric formerly worked in acquisitions at The Exchange.

Jaclyn oversees the company’s marketing strategy as well as all business development and technology efforts. Her goal is to drive awareness and new business among investors and production companies. She is leveraging her past experience as a senior executive at NYC-based strategy shop, AXW, where she managed accounts across financial services, travel, automotive and retail.

Christopher leverages his experience at the intersection of entertainment and finance to source new and exciting deals for Forest Road. In his most recent role, Christopher led Pacific Mercantile Bank's Entertainment Industries Division. Prior to that, he held the position of VP, Film Finance & Distribution / Portfolio Manager of Ariel Film Partners at American Entertainment Investors (AEI). Christopher began his career in the talent agency business representing film and television actors and writers.

CAROL JAZWINSKI, SALES DIRECTOR
Carol co-manages the partnership with Technicolor PostWorks and matches filmmakers with workflows and creative teams to fit their specific projects. With over 25 years of post-production experience, she directed key entertainment accounts for Company 3, Post Perfect and Marvel Productions before joining PostWorks as Sales Director in 2004.

Clint specializes in financial accounting for all areas of the entertainment industry, and is one of the world's only "entertainment exclusive" CPAs. He has over a decade of industry experience and can provide tax credit/rebate value analysis on any state with a Film Incentive Program. Clint has conducted over 1,100 film or television attestation engagements equating to over $2.5B in spend across the U.S., and is considered one of the leading authorities in the tax credit & incentive market.
