Alfston works on various business development projects across Forest Road. Prior to joining, Alfston worked as an analyst on Hercules Capital's investment team, where he focused on venture debt investments in high-growth technology and life science companies. Alfston graduated from Northeastern University with a B.S.B.A in Finance and a minor in Computer Science.
