Ashley Graver is a creative marketing executive based in New York City with more than 9 years experience across music, tech and lifestyle brands.  She currently serves as the Global Head of Creative Artist Partnerships at Spotify. In her role, Graver works in the intersection of music & innovation at Spotify and identifies new opportunities for partnerships with music creators and Spotify playlist brands in the global landscape. In her time at Spotify, Graver launched Spotify’s first Artificial Intelligence campaign featuring The Weeknd, led the Best New Artist GRAMMY campaign, which celebrates the most notable new faces in music, and launched playlist brand campaigns for RADAR, New Music Friday, and LOREM. Ashley has also led marketing campaigns from creation to execution with artists including Billie Eilish, Burna Boy, Anitta, Megan Thee Stallion, and many more. Prior to her current role, Graver worked across many teams at Spotify including Sales, Brand & Creative, and Artist & Label Partnerships where she led artist partnerships for Warner Music Group and Universal Music Group. Prior to joining Spotify, Graver held marketing and advertising roles at Fox Sports, Ralph Lauren, and Zenith Media. Currently, Graver enjoys splitting time between work and family in New York and California.
