Jeff is responsible for overseeing Forest Road’s legal affairs and provides legal advice and guidance to the company across its various business units. Prior to joining Forest Road, Jeff was Chief Compliance Officer & Assistant General Counsel at Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, a global private equity firm, where he managed LLCP’s legal and compliance programs. Jeff has also previously served as Counsel & Director of Compliance at Empyrean Capital Partners, an event-driven hedge fund, and as a corporate associate at Proskauer Rose LLP, where he worked on various corporate matters and complex transactions for public and private companies.
